UV varnish is a special varnish coating with a very high gloss effect and is formed under the influence of ultraviolet lamps. Selective varnishing allows individual elements of the printed image to stand out in the foreground. For greater effect, different combinations can be used between the base, which is applied to the paper, such as laminating film and different UV varnishes - gloss, matte, different types of glitter. Which allows ordinary printed production to become a work of art. Creates a shiny surface on the material - paper or cardboard. It is applied after printing and gives a luxurious look to the paper bag.

It is most often used on bags with matte laminate.
